We are well into our crazy summer this year and with so many gorgeous weddings every weekend we are loving every second! It does however mean that we are incredibly busy and are trying our best to keep all of you up to date with current weddings and shoots! We have traveled some miles, including a lovely trip to Whitby for an engagement shoot, I always feel so lucky to be able to visit so many great locations around the UK. Recently after visiting so many historical monuments, churches and abbey’s we have found ourselves researching the history behind them all! Its so interesting and getting to shoot at all these locations is great!
First we have a sneak peek of Vicki and Scott’s wedding, held at St Olave’s church in York followed by a lovely reception in Papakata tents. Unfortunately the weather was against us yet again, but there were plenty of dry spells and their day went perfectly despite the weather! Personally I have to say that Vicki’s whole look on the day was one of my favourites, from her real vintage 60’s dress to her beautiful shoes and hair she looked amazing. They make such a lovely couple and it was a pleasure to capture their day.
We would also like to share with you an inforgraphic given to us by the Wedding Secret. They have researched statistics of weddings over the last 100 years, its really great to see all the facts laid out this way! Hope you all find it interesting!
